Which test should I use for a sound problem?

Why does my browser ask for camera or microphone permission?
Browsers require explicit permission before any page can access a camera or microphone. The Webcam Tester and Mic Tester need that one-time permission to show your live feed and input level; nothing leaves your device.
How do I check my screen for dead pixels?
Open the Screen Tester and cycle through the solid full-screen colors. A pixel that stays black on every color is a dead pixel, while a pixel stuck on one color is a stuck pixel that may recover.
